How to Scan Documents to PDF with Your Android Phone’s Camera?

DISCRIPTION:

    The word “documents scanning”   means spending a lot of money and time in front of machine for scanning documents and to take a hard piece of paper and to convert  into PDf files, But now the world is of smart phones; which save our time as well as  our money where nearly anything can be done with a phone i.e now you can scan      hard documents to convert them into PDf and to digital system, from where you can easily mail your documents to anyone anywhere. For any job or for admission          purposes this all can be done with your mobile phone’s camera if you have a scanner app in your smart phone

·        To start scanning everything from your phone you need android smart phone and the Google Drive app. Note that it should be full Google Drive app,

·        First, open the Drive app and select or make a folder where you would like to save your scanned documents.

·        In the bottom-right corner, there is a floating action button with a plus sign—which indicates you to start scan tap that sign.

·        This will open the “New” dialog, and the third option “Scan.”   Tap! That option.

·        The camera of your phone will open now you can scan documents but before pushing shutter button You should understand and follow some tips as follow

·        Contrasting background usage.

            If your documents are in white page you should select a dark background

·        Camera takes more than one shot.

            Camera takes more shots when the edges of page are not fixed properly

            IF camera shots the document it will take few seconds to load.

        There is still some option to make your page perfect.

 ·       Crop

             If the size of page is too big you can crop it

 ·        Colors variety

             Black and white is default color but you can also scan your documents in                       different colors for this just select the color option.

 ·       Overflow button:

               The overflow or top menu bar contain the other entire toll by which you can                   delete, rename Rotate, and change Settings.

               Now check the confirmation and save your documents.
